Do I have to stop using other wellbeing apps?
Absolutely not!
3SSENTIA is not designed to be a substitute for your exsisting wellbeing apps but rather an enhancer that helps you make better use of them. That’s what the offmode was created for :)
What happens to my data?
Great question. We firmly believe that data should be used as a force for good to empower people to live more consciously. The data should be YOURS and we don't sell it to 3rd parties.
